Lansdowne Square

Welcome to Lansdowne Square

At Lansdowne Square, it is important to us that we provide all residents a clean, safe and enjoyable place to live. Your strata council is a dynamic organization of experienced individuals working together to better your place of living. We take the time to listen to owners and pride ourselves on using our experience and creativity to provide them with solutions to their concerns. We place a great deal of value on effective communication and this has enabled us to successfully communicate to all owners. Please take your time and browse our website and feel free to contact us with any questions or inquiries you may have.

NOTICES

Entry Fob Distribution:

The new security system is actively in place. The old card system has been disengaged. Please hold on to your existing keys (card, keys and clicker) until further notice until additional programing has been completed.

Any owners that have neglected to pick up the new fob maybe charged an administrative cost of $25.00 per unit. Please contact Colleen to set up an appointment.

The Gym will be closed until the new security system is activated.

NO SMOKING PERMITED:

Effective October 25, 2012, Lansdowne Square is a NON SMOKING building.

Despite Lansdowne Squares proactive efforts to encourage smokers to go off the property we have noticed a group of the same smokers congregating each day in areas where smoking is not permitted (on the property).

Smoking in any area contravenes the City Bylaw as well as the Building Bylaws, rules and regulations.

It is our understanding that the City of Richmond’s bylaw officers will be visiting the property to ensure bylaw compliance. Be advised that any bylaw infractions will result in fines from The City which will added to any fines the Building may levy to the registered owner.

Your assistance with encouraging smokers to use the off property areas is much appreciated to avoid fines and equally protect the rights of Non-Smokers.

Thank you for your attention.

Sincerely,

Management
