With the end of 2013 approaching, this is a time when some of you take time off to be with family and friends; for others its business as usual.
No matter what our beliefs, I think that as the year draws to a close everyone sees it as a good time to stop, reflect and take stock of the year thatís been.
This time of year can mean holidays and travel for many of you. As you know, road transport is one of the most hazardous forms of travel that we do on a regular basis. If you do plan to travel over the Christmas and New Year period, please take the time to act with caution to ensure memorable holiday travels.
Please stay safe and I look forward to seeing you all at our upcoming AGM in 2014.

NO SMOKING PERMITED:
Effective October 25, 2012, Lansdowne Square is a NON SMOKING building.
Despite Lansdowne Squares proactive efforts to encourage smokers to go off the property we have noticed a group of the same smokers congregating each day in areas where smoking is not permitted (on the property).
Smoking in any area contravenes the City Bylaw as well as the Building Bylaws, rules and regulations.
It is our understanding that the City of Richmondís bylaw officers will be visiting the property to ensure bylaw compliance. Be advised that any bylaw infractions will result in fines from The City which will added to any fines the Building may levy to the registered owner.
Your assistance with encouraging smokers to use the off property areas is much appreciated to avoid fines and equally protect the rights of Non-Smokers.
Thank you for your attention.
